Sheizy places great importance on customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return or exchange products within 30 days.

1. Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

• Return period: 30 days from receipt of order.
• Product condition: The product must be either new or only slightly used.
• Return method: Returns are made by mail.
• Return label: A free return label is included in the package.
• Costs: There are no return or processing fees.

2. Exchange

If you would like to exchange a product, we are happy to offer you the option of a direct exchange. The conditions for the exchange are identical to those for returns.

3. Reimbursement

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, the refund will be processed.

• Refund time: Processing may take up to 14 days.
• Refund method: Refunds will be made using the original payment method used.
